“M.O. INDUSTRIES PVT. LTD.” is a company concern formed with the objective to execute Infrastructure work. It is mainly involved in executing road construction work awarded by various companies. Its main focus is on construction of Roads, Building, bridges and earthwork. They are also engaged in Maintenance of roads (bitumen and concrete). The potential demand of such work is also very huge in the area itself. The company also has sufficient number of staff. Company is also planning to expand the business by purchasing industrial plot at Meghnagar (Tribal Area) for the manufacture of MC ferro manganese which is used in steel industry. Meghangar is situated at the border of Gujrat is the primary consumer of ferro alloy product. Company director as a 5 years of experience for manufacturing of ferro alloys product.

The company is well reputed and having a good hold in the market since its registration.

2017 - 2018

Our Journey

Initial Stage Proprietorship

Was incorporated in 2018 as a proprietorship concern by Mr. Saiyyed Akhtar Ali. That time he initiated the work of contractor at Rampuriya Crusher unit.

2018 - 2019

Expanded

Laying the Foundation

Mr Saiyyed Akhtar Ali had initiated his working in trading of minerals. Operated as individuals and also job work at various construction site.

2019 - 2020

Expanded

Partnership Firm

Mr. Saiyyed Akhtar Ali then start taking the Government and Non- Government work on a sub contact basis for the expansion of the business, and also gabbing the new opportunity.

Partnership and Directorship in Other Sister Concern

Mr. Saiyyed Akhtar Ali became Partner in M/S saiyyed Akhtar Ali (SAA) with major Stack working since 2003. He is the onlt single person who first incorporate this firm.

Since then SAA is working in various fields such as Civil construction Work (govt. & private), Trading of major minerals & metals, Supplying of sand, Aggregates, & other construction materials. Processing of Manganese Ore. Saiyyed Akhtar Ali Also become Director in SMO Ferro Alloys Pvt. Ltd., A company situated at Meghnagar, Jhabua, manufacturing Silico manganese and other ferro alloys product.

This Company is now a 100 crore and operated at 41935 sq. mt. of Area. This is the time when Akhtar Ali properly went into the business of manufacturing unit.

2023

Acquiring Crushing Plant and Expansion

At Present Firm successfully acquired the aggregates mines and crushing plant at Rampuriya Bamnia, Jhabua (MP), where is was doing contractor ship from last 4-5 years.

In this year MO Infra, Proprietorship firm was converted in to Private limited company i.e., MO Industries Pvt. Ltd. with 2 directors one is Saiyyed Akhtar ali and another is Saiyyed Murtuza Ali his Son.

His planning to expand the business to new height with help of his younger son ideas.

Setting up Factory unit at Meghnagar Industrial Area for Manufacturing of MC Ferro Manganese.

The Mine and Crushing Unit is operating at the location 793/4, B and A, Gram Rampuriya, Bamnia, The. Petlawad, Jhabua,(M.P.)- 457779 India and Factory Unit is Located at 3 & 4, AKVN, Indstrial Area, Meghnagar, Jhabua (M.P.)

Good infrastructure is available in the vicinity of Plant; some of the key features are listed below:

Easy availability of key raw materials

Manganese Ore – Main input of MC Ferro Manganese is Manganese ore and we procure raw material majorly from three sources and used as a blend to manufacture desired quality of MC Ferro There is a Manganese ore mine at a distance of approx 10 km from our plant where sufficient Manganese ore is available.
Labour– Jhabua is a tribal dominated area and has adequate labour population which is available at cheaper
Water– Availability of adequate water bodies are there which insures continuous water
Monopoly- In the Petlawad area we have the signal large capacity plant with low maintains
Material Strength- Our mine material is tested in Iso Lab, contain available in the material show the strength of the bolder
Selling- We are setting at the border of the Gujarat and Gujrat is the primary customer of MC Ferro We connect around 200 km of area around our mine and crusher unit which cover 5-6 panchayat which provide us government work. Transportation cost is very low from our plant as we are sitting in the middle of the location.
